IMPORTANT! Since we also regularly go to treatments with the cats, or arrange collections and purchases, unfortunately we cannot be constantly available in cases that cannot be postponed. We are bound by deadlines, and with so many cats the tasks can certainly get crowded. As soon as time allows, we will respond to the messages received (usually within 3 days), and we will try to respond immediately to urgent requests for help!
If you write us an email, don’t forget to enter your phone number, because in many cases it is easier to answer by phone than to exchange several letters so that we are aware of all the details about the kitten. Before contacting us by phone, please send us your cat’s medical papers, if any!
